PlanetPress Suite can connect to any web system to enable client requests to be processed automatically in a format that suits your customer's preference - web PDF, email PDF or print.

In the example above, a new customer registers to online banking services by filling an e-form. The data gets sent instantly to PlanetPress Suite which then generates a confirmation web page with a specific customer number and related information.

The same data is used to generate a personalized letter sent to the client by regular mail, with:

• personalized salutation and address, including postal barcodes
• customer number
• personalized content confirming this customer's specific purchases and services subscriptions
• variable signature with this customer's account manager contact information
• personalized QR Code to link directly to this customer's personal page

Attached to the letter is a personalized leaflet still created with the same information gathered from the web and including:

• customer number and temporary unique PIN Number
• instruction for online login
• advertisement on services and products not purchased at this point by the customer
• current promotions
• localization of the nearest branch office for this customer

All this is achieved automatically with no human intervention, which means this service can be available 24/7, for the client's convenience.

Checks

Printing checks in-house? It's safe and inexpensive with PlanetPress Suite

Security concerns are significantly reduced when printing checks by having the electronic form reside on the host server and not on the printer.

PlanetPress Design can have the MICR font installed and can generate the incrementing unique check number thus eliminating the need to have these elements pre-printed.

These two measures greatly enhance security since no check stock is available for unauthorized printing, whether electronic or paper.

On top of that, PlanetPress Suite can automate the periodic output of a report of all checks printed to reconcile against the accounting system and thus monitor possible fraudulent check printing.

Increase reliability by getting rid of noisy high maintenance impact printers for check printing and replacing them with modern high-speed digital printers that can be supplied with blank check paper. Shipping documents

Invoices

Data can be reformatted in any number of ways. For example, include a remittance coupon on an invoice that didn't use to have one, or add barcodes with reference information. It is also possible to create conditional messages based on the content of an invoice to inform a customer of the inventory level or of a specific promotion. Vary terms and conditions or add specific user instructions based on items purchased. With PlanetPress Suite the possibilities are endless; invoices can contain variable graphics, barcodes, OMR lines, text or pages that are printed conditionally depending on information contained within the data stream.

In addition you can:

• generate an electronic version of your printed documents to digitally archive them. An index file can be generated for the search and retrieval of documents, or they can be automatically archived into a third party electronic document management (EDM) system
• easily integrate with a third party solution to pre-sort and cleanse mailing addresses as well as group multiple invoices to the same customer. This automated process may lead to very large savings on labor and mail costs
• use distributed print. For example, continue to print invoices in the data center or route the data to the mailroom on the first floor of the corporate office in another city for printing
