In November 2004, Objectif Lune Inc. acquired Atlas Software BV, developer and marketer of PrintShop
Mail and PrintShop Web, easy-to-use, entry-level tool for promotional variable data printing and web-to-print.
The company was founded in 1989 in The Netherlands, where it has research and development facilities.
Atlas has offices in North America and the Netherlands, and is represented in Japan.

In June 2006, Objectif Lune Inc. acquired Prout Software, a top provider of variable data printing solutions
for the PCL industry. Prout Software specializes in the development of transactional variable data printing
solutions for PCL platforms, complementing the PostScript solutions portfolio of Objectif Lune Inc.
PROUT Software has been a local German market leader for more than 20 years and has a staff of 12 and
approximately 3,000 customers in Germany.

Sugopita
The original version of Sugopita was developed by a joint-venture company of IBM Japan and Ricoh in 1996 and commercialized as Mojipita. Objectif Lune K.K. licensed the source code of Mojipita from Ricoh in March 2005, and re-named it as Sugopita. Available only in Japanese, Sugopita is a software solution for efficient form filling that allows for manually entered data or imported data from Excel & Access. Sugopita has become a standard solution for public notary and certified social insurance labor consultants.
