To access web support and to receive technical assistance, you must have a valid licence and a registered Care Software Maintenance Program. If you do not have a contract or your contract has expired, contact your local reseller or your local Objectif Lune sales office.

If your Care Software Maintenance Program is registered, click on Report an Issue and follow the instructions.
