The Web Activation system allows you to activate your PlanetPress Suite products or your OL Care contract.

To login enter your customer number and password provided in your product package. If you do not have this information, please contact our Customer Care Department.

EVALUATION COPIES, VERSION UPGRADES, REACTIVATIONS or LICENSE TRANSFERS
Customers and reseller partners who require an activation code for one of the reasons listed below, need to be submit their request via the link specified in the "Send Request to:" column of their location (see below). Requests will be processed within 3 hours of receipt, during regular business hours.

  • Activate an evaluation copy
  • Activate a version upgrade
  • Reactivate their software / printer due to hardware change made to the workstation / printer
  • Transfer a license
