I wanted to play with the Faxing system in our office but the one we have is not one of the 3 services that is listed in the Fax settings. We have facsys from emFast and i'm wondering if its possible to interface with this system through PP Fax.

What are our options?

Unfortunately, PPress only supports Windows Fax, Winfax Pro and RightFax. If you have a third party faxing software, perhaps it would be possible to send files to it using some scripts and/or external program calls, or perhaps a custom plugin. However, this would be out of scope of a support issue, and would require professional services to develop such a solution. While it sure would be nice to have native support for FACSys, we have leveraged FACSys as our fax engine for PP using the email gateway option (in our case, with Exchange). It actually works very well, from the standpoint that the success/failure messages can be monitored much more easily.
