Hi John,

This is a system error, so it could have been caused by a great number of things. It seems that a service was asked to be stopped when another service needed it to be running, therefore generating an error. An example could be that installing the printer queue required a reset of the print spooler service, and since it was in use or required by something else on your system, it generated the error. By the description of your error message, I assume this is not going to happen again at a different time. I suggest you try again until it works. Please let us know if you managed to solve this, or if you need further help. In the latter case, I suggest you open a support call. Thanks.

Regards,

Olivier
