Do you know where and how we can get the BCC Mail Manager integration tool that supposed to connect to Planet Production? We understand on the Planet Press side that we would probably just use the call "External Program" function in Production. But we are having a hard time getting info on the BCC integration tool.

PlanetPRess Suite does not come with a native connector for BCC. I believe IKON has developed one. You may want to contact either BCC or your local IKON rep (assuming they are your reseller) for more information.
