I have to keep taking layouts and sending them straight to "completed" because we dont track it as "mailing" here.

is there some way we can get something similar to the screnshot below?

This way people can send orders forward without having to go through the steps. Not able to move backwards is completely understandable, but sometimes to move forward one might not have to go through each phase.

I just wanted to make sure you did post this under the right section. Are you really using PrintShop Mail Web V2 or are you in Version 7?

Please confirm exactly what version you are on so we can give you the best possible suggestions.

That way I can find out for you, if it is somoething that can be done or if it will fall under a Feature Request.
