Hello everyone!

I am trying to print a 2 page flier with a merged mailing list. (Just under 1400 addresses)

I am sending to a Micropress.

When I send the document to print it is only sending 1 page. I have tried a page range and printing all data pages. I have checked the "Maximum data line" field, and it is set to 65535.
I have also verified that my data/image resources are still linked.

There is some setting i am missing, however i do not know where to begin looking to resolve the issue.

First, which type or format is your data?
When you press F9 to preview(selecting All data pages), do you have only 1 page or do you see your 2 pages? Or more?

I am using a .csv format for my data.

The preview is generating all the pages in the document!

Seeing as how Design is generating the entire document in the preview, do I need to contact our support for the Micropress, or is there some other options i can try before that?

On your printer, are the PostScript errors turned on?

Have you try sending your document to another printer?

Have you tried sending your document through print windows driver?

We send to a Micropress, so i am unsure as to where i would find the postscript errors... (sorry :()

I have tryed to send to a couple of other printers, still only sends one page.

Sending though the windows drivers got me 86 pages out of the whole thing, so thats an improvement!

I think you will have to contact your support representative for the Micropress so you could turn the PostScript errors on(very important). Then we will have a better idea why it's not printing the entire document.

Hi,

This issue was resolved internally.
The solution is that there is a patch/fix for the Micropress versions 7 and higher from EFI.

In the furture if anyone encounters a similar issue,you should contact our support team or the people at EFI and someone will point you in the right direction.
