We've lost our ability to send design documents to Production via the 'Send To' menu from all our PPDesign seats. We can see the IP address of the host server in design. But the design never updates in Production.

While looking at the Access Manager in production we can see the design IP addresses but when we select to refresh or just 'OK' from the Access Manager we receive the error... Cannot create file....{path}\hosts.allow

Any help is appreciated.
