Unit4 provides the multi-channel client communication solution (CCM) from Objectif Lune for Scenario Assurantie
Transition from paper to digital made easier for financial intermediaries
Utrecht, Zoetermeer 9 May 2017 – As of now, Unit4 Scenario Assurantie (formerly Dias) is offering OL Connect technology for the flexible automation of interactive multi-channel client communication. The starting point in this regard is ‘digital first’. The optional module is fully integrated with Scenario Assurantie, both for technical interconnection, as well as operationally and in the licence model. OL Connect enables financial intermediaries to communicate with their clients more efficiently in an automated and yet ‘personal’ manner at a lower cost.
“The OL Connect technology platform has been designed on the basis of open web technology for extensive integration with ERP systems like Scenario Assurantie”, explains Joris van Leeuwen, General Manager at Unit4. “In addition, Objectif Lune has already has a great deal of experience with a large number of intermediaries and insurers as clients. Full integration and standardisation for the exchange of data and optional implementation, either together or doing it oneself, give users a competitive advantage in the ‘digital first’ era. In Objectif Lune we have therefore found a partner to develop and implement software innovation and serve a common market.”
“This cooperation gives the clients of Unit4 a cutting edge through joint expertise and innovation being provided via a single point of contact”, says John Tubbing, Senior Software Consultant at Objectif Lune Benelux. “Unit4 also offers a set of default templates to enable authorised offices to optimise their client communication independently on that basis.”
As Ronald Helmerhorst, General Manager at Objectif Lune Benelux observes: “We are therefore very happy with the choice of Unit4 for OL Connect, which helps to distinguish Unit4, as an innovator, from other ERP vendors for the insurance market. Digital instead of paper used to be mainly for reasons of cost. Today, clients demand interactive communication on their smart device.”
