Hello:

I met a problem that Printshop Mail7 cannot recognize the dongle in some PC, but some other PC is OK.
I tried all the USB port but not work. when open a psm file a message box will appeared shows that the license manager connection failed: sending the broadcasting, timeout. But we don't install any license manager at all. The credit information shows that can not find dongle, the license became demo mode with 25 credit only.

Can anyone help for this? The issue computer works well days ago, and suddenly have the problems.

If you get a message about failed connection to License Manager you probably has started PrintShop Mail Net, which is only for multi-user Dongles managed by the License Manager Tool.
For normal Dongles you should only use PrintShop Mail (without 'Net').
