I have in my workflow task data extraction ICR saved to a text file, I would like to know how to properly save the flag characters that have accents, for example:

ã, á, à, ç, ...

I would suggest that you check the ICR Best Practices:

Amongst other things, it gives you tips on using characters with accents, the "ç" character, and other best practices. Section 3 and 4 in particular are the ones of interest for you. (but you should read them all, so that you know ALL the best practices!)

I already use the best practices of ICR, however for the characters when I mentioned are extracted to the file texo not appear or are replaced by something or ♦. or simply do not show up leaving a blank space.
And if there are only three available idomas FR, EN, GE?
