We use google apps for our email service. How would I go about setting up my email in PSM Web to send emails? Do I need to make changes to my router?

PrintsPlus,

If you mean the emails sent when orders are placed and processed, you can go under Settings->Email->Settings to configure the email. Under Settings->Email->Addressees, you can set which order status change causes an email to be sent.
