I keep a backup copy of my print jobs for ten days, so if I have to resubmit a job there is usually a couple of pages to scroll through to find the correct job. My problem is when I scroll down past the first page it refreshes and takes me back to the top. This makes it difficult to find the job. Is there a way to keep it from refreshing so frequently? Also is it possible to sort the jobs by anything other than name?

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean. First, what do you mean by a job? Are you talking about the PlanetPress document? A compiled PostScript document?

Also, when you say that you scroll down, what program are you using to browse your job file?

Please, post this information, so it will be much easier to help you.

Rapha

The job is actually the data file and I am scrolling through the file resubmission page in the watch.

When your process is running, you can open your PlanetPress Service Console, and stop the Watch process. Or, you can simply stop Watch from Watch configuration.

Once stopped, you can scroll trough the jobs, and there won't be any refreshes.

Hope that helps.
