Hello,

Do you install with a domain user or a local user?
If you are installing from a Domain user, Please verify that you have proper authorization over the machine you are working on. You will need administrator rights over the machine. Next thing to verify would be to run the configuration of the services tools ==> configure services. Please apply proper configuration there. By default the local system account is checked. You need to change it to the user working on the station. If these solutions are still not working, please open an Issue on our technical support line and we will be glad to help you.

Regards,

Thanks! I've tried this install several times the way you described, still with no luck. Do you know how will the fix be posted? Thanks.
