Hello OL,

I have a customer who currently has the PlanetPress v4 Suite installed on a D: partition, but is wanting to combine the C: and D: partitions and was curious if they did this, would it cause problems with their PlanetPress software. They will be using Partition Magic to combine the partitions.

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

First, I will suggest doing a backup of all your forms and everything regarding PlanetPress Suite.

Normally, Partition magic will not change the registry key regarding the programs install in your computer, it is possible that Partition Magic offer you at the reboot to use the Map Drive utilities but, did not re-map it perfectly, you will just see that at the end, when you restart Planet Press, in that case it will be easiest for you to reinstall PlanetPress. If you do the reinstallation, keep in mind that you will need to reactivate it.
