We have recently changed personnel in our department, and one of our regular users went away. We changed the user on the computer over to the new guy, and everything was working okay. However, his Planetpress 4 was giving him strange errors. It would ask if the CD was in the CDROM. We didn't know how to make it go away, so I suggested we reinstall PP4. Now, Planetpress won't run at all. When we click on the .exe, we get an error code:

Exception EAccessViolation in module PPresss.exe at 00003988.
Access violation at address 04194988 in module 'PPress.exe'. Read of Address 00000042.

We can open Planetpress 3 with no problem, but we have too much on Planetpress 4 to be able to go back to PP3. Are we simply using an old installer to load PP4? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
