I seem to have great difficulty in resizing a line shape that has been rotated 90 degrees.

I can make it larager with some difficulty but trying to reduce it appears impossible. The only option I can use is to edit the basic attributes.

Resizing non rotated lines is not a problem.

Of course being new to the prodcut I could be doing something wrong.

As a pointer for future releases it would help to have a line option on the tool bar to simply allow the drawing of straight lines at any angle from point a to b. The product we are migrating from had this and I miss it.

Hi:

Use the box shape instead, this wil allow you to resize vertically. Your feature request will be passed on to the product team for evaluation.

Thank you

Thanks Claude,

Forgive me if I am missing something here.

But how can I use the box shape to represent a vertical line?

For the time being I will use the attributes box.

You can draw the box and set it's width to 1 pt, or draw a box and hide the borders you dont need. I agree with you that it would be nice to be able to draw a line automatically from point A to point B.

I see what you mean but I think I prefer the attributes.
