Hi,

PP v4.0.40.1491

In our letters we use the follwoing text;

ourcompanyname -v- yourcompanyname(var)

The 2nd part of this is a variable text field.

Everything looks ok in the design tool, but when previewed or printed, PP drops the space after the -v-. eg

ourcompanyname -v-yourcompanyname(var)

This behavior seems to only occur when using the '-' character. I've tried different encoding and have gotten the same results. It doesn't seem to drop the space with other characters such as ',' or ':'.

I haven't seen this behavior on previous versions, but cannot check this, as I have upgraded to the latest version.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jason.

Hello,

I have not been able to reproduce your issue, but since this morning there is a newer version of the PlanetPress design tool available (4.0.41.1500), so I recommend you update and retry to see if this fixes the problem.
