Simple question and I'm sure there's a very simple answer somewhere out there ... In the same way one can set a job information variable using VBScript, is there a similar way to do it using PERL? i.e. I need the PERL equivalent of the VBScript statement "Watch.setJobInfo 9, variableName".

I need the exact syntax to set a job information variable, i.e., is it something along the lines of "$Watch->SetJobInfo(9, variableName)"?

The exact syntax for ActivePERL is Let's say you wanted to store in JobInfo 9 a value that is currently stored in JobInfo 8, you'd then use the following syntax: I hope this helps.
