I have printed a from I developed in PlanetPress 5 to file and have attached it to another form in PlanetPress 5. Now I am trying to execute the pages in the attachment, but planetpress talk says it doesn't recoginze the page I am trying to call when using the execpage command. I have tried several different pages I know are in the attachment as well as trying to call the attachment directly. How do I make this work?

Basically I want to be able to reference pages developed in other forms in my new forms without having to redo them in the new form.

thanks

Aaron

Aaron,

You can't actually call a specific page from a postscript attachment using the execpage() command. That command is used to execute form pages from the current form.

When you execute a postscript attachment, the entire attachment is executed--not just specific pages.

The two workarounds I see for your issue are:
1-Do a copy/paste of your pages from one form to the other.

or

2-Have your postscript attachments contain only the required pages. That way, when you execute the attachment, you have the desired result since all the pages of the postscript document are being executed.
