In creating a new report for planet press, we keep one tray filled with preprinted forms. Obviously, we need to specify this exact tray when it prints off. Selecting the input tray on both the document and tray seems to do absolutely nothing - I'm at a bit of a loss here as to how to get it to work on that specific tray. Is there something more I am missing in creating this report?

Hi,

On a new PlanetPress form, add a box on a page.
Then verify which ppd you are using under Format-Document-"Designed for". If you are using Default ppd, please try to use the ppd for you printer. If it is not in the list, please install it, browsing to the .ppd file. Then double click on the page under Paper Handling-Input tray, select the tray you want to print from.
If this works then the same should be applied on your form.

Thanks
Cosimo
