I have a folder with 100 PlanetPress forms in it.
These forms are static and have no data source.

Once a week I am given a TXT file with a list of 20 to 30 of the forms. I am supposed to read this list and then print out the matching forms from the folder.

Is there a way to write a watch process that can read the TXT file and print out the matching forms from the folder?

The names in the TXT file and folder are exactly the same.

Thanks.

You could try putting your file names in a single file, one filename per line. Copy this single file to a folder that is being monitored by a PlanetPress Watch Folder input.

Then, use a splitter task to split the file on every line. For every iteration, your data file will then contain only one line, which is the name of the document to print.

Finally, add a Printer Queue output and select Dynamic name as the document to print. Use the data selector to set this dynamic name to read the first line of your data file.

That's it. You must make sure documents are available to your printer, though.
