All of a sudden we are having this problem... Using PP5 sending jobs to Heidleberg 9110 printers.
The job shows up on the printer's screen, but reports zero pages, then says completed and nothing printed.
This also happens with the confirmation page, and even if I try to send the printer status page from the document manangement utility - nothing.
Tried using File>Print same result.
Tried sending file from command line same result.
Tried sending to a different 9110 same result.
We have been using this setup for years and not had a problem - something changed somewhere but I can't figure out what.
Any ideas are appreciated!

I have a had a similar problem.

The problem was down to page range. I had not spotted the page range was to high and I was tring to print pages 100-200 when the print file had fewer pages.

On the other occasion the print file layout from the source application had been changed by the developers. Thus when the print file was processed by PP5 non of the conditions where true so nothing printed.

The page print range is ok - I think it may be some kind of communications problem if I'm not even able to print the printer status pages. Thanks!

1st make sure that your printer language is set to "auto" or postscript

2nd verify that you have the "postscript error" set to "on" which will provide you with any error that you may encounter when your job reach the printer.

Could you confirm that you were able to preview the said job without any error?

Just to update...
Turns out there was a software patch installed on our 9110's (regarding an Acrobat 8 fix) that we were unaware of. We had the service reps in, they rolled back the patch and we're back in business with Planet Press now.
