Hello,

Is the form printing from the PlanetPress design tool, or from PlanetPress Watch ?
In either case, the document's properties can be modified on the fly, provided the tests and conditions have been previously implemented through PlanetPress Talk, global conditions, etc. What conditions will determine resizing the document(will it be according to image sizes) ?
Thanks in advance.

Pierre, we have an INVOICE form designed in A4. The original is printed in this size, but the customer wants to print the duplicate in A5 size. Now we generate the INVOICE in A4 Size with PlanetImage and then we use Acrobat Reader option to fit/shrink the form to A5.

We need to know if PlanetPress Design tool or PlanetWatch are capable of resize the entire form from A4 to A5 on the fly.

Thanks for your prompt answer

Hello,

In PlanetPress Watch, you can setup a process with 2 branches, each outputting to a printer queue output(one for the original and the other one for the duplicate). In each branch, there must be a 'Set Job Info' action setting a job info(in this example, JobInfo 9 ) to A4(first branch) or A5(second branch).
The form used in the printer queue outputs must be designed so that the 'Advanced Paper handling' section of the page(s) have 2 items :

PageSize=A4
When: =&Watch.JobInfos[9]='A4'

and

PageSize=A5
When: =&Watch.JobInfos[9]='A5'

Thanks,

Pierre P
