I have hit teh wall for my problem. I have created a simple PP document and can set the page and everything up, but when I print it I have some problems.

First problem: I'm printing the PP doc on a envelope, it is 10" x 13", so does anyone know how to create a custom page size for a Canon imagerRunner 5570 that PP will see.

Second problem: Does anyone know how to get the ir5570 to just take teh page from teh stack by-pass without a lot of input at teh planel.

Make sure you have selected the PPD for the IR5570 (Format...Document...Basic Attributes, or press F4). Then click on paper handling. Set selction type to input tray if it isn't all ready. Then select Stack Bypass in for the input tray from the paper source section.

Alternatively, if using "manual feed" will work the default PPD does have COM-10 as a paper size, which I believe is a standard envelope. You should be able to set the paper size to COM-10 and the selection type to match paper size. This should force the printer to prompt for the evelopes to be loaded in the stack bypass.

Or use window envelopes... smile

That would work if I was using the COM-10 envelope, but I'm using a 10 x 13 envelope

In that case I think you would be OK to use the correct PPD and set the document to draw from the stack bypass.
