I've imported a Ppress v3 form into v5 and I'm experiencing a printing problem. The printer does not see the end of the file causing the print job to stay in the print Q. Then, every 5 minutes the print Q sends the job again and the printer prints another copy. I'm not sure where to start to debug this problem...

Details:
- the hardware has not changed
- the form is compile with the "sent to host" option
- it resides on Unix and is sent to the printer at printing time (copy form + data)
- the printer is a HP4200
- the compiled form went from 100k to 360k (seems normal from what I found in another thread)
- it's a simple form with only two pages of data.

Thanks in advance
Bruno

More info...

On the last page, I see the following lines in the middle of the page:

@PJL RESET
@PJL EOJ NAME = "..."
@PJL RESET
@PJL EOJ

Where is this coming from ? Can it be "removed" ?

Hi,
What you see are PJL commands which are probably set in the document level or maybe in Watch if you have it.
I think igt is best that you "Report an issue" and someone will assist you.

Thanks
Cosimo
