I am facing a serios problem now !!!

I've just put a massive printing job to production using PP5 with a new high-speed printer Xerox DC1100. However, I always got missing pages in between frequently (about 1 error per every 20). At last, we printed out a history report from the printer and found that those missing pages are originated from an error as belows :-

Error (116-703):PostScript LANG Interprete ERR:undefined(....

Sometimes, undefined(-2!) or undefined(-"5) or undefined(4$) or limitcheck[2063 ...etc

Our team have to check every morning to ensure no missing before sending out. Poor

If you resubmit the missing pages, do you get the same postscript errors? Are you printing in printer-centric mode or in run locally?

We are using "Run Locally" setting in the PP watch.

If we resubmit, it is still sometimes okay but sometimes not.

Can't figure out why...

Can you use this data file to print directly from the Planetpress design tool? Do you get the same error in this case also? Have you tried the job on a different printer?

There is no problem when we print using PlanetPress design simulation printing. I've also checked the error on the web. Is it related to some kind of communication problem ? How about we change to use LPR output ?
