While on a call for another issue I was told of a way to copy a box side by side or vertically. I cannot remember how to execute this. I am creating a grid-like form and that would really come in handy. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi Aimee,

Select the object, then press: ctrl+alt+D or ctrl+shift+D. That should do the trick. If you forget again, you can find those shortcuts in the Edit menu of planetpress Design, the last two items.

Hope this helps. Regards,

Olivier

Or...Place your box on the page, then double click it and go into the repeat menu, choose Static repeat from the drop-down and then put in how many repetitions you'd like..
