I have two files, a "prospect" list and a "customer" list. Each record in the customer list has a "testimonial" of varying length (in a memo field). I have written a script in Access that assigns the nearest six customers to each prospect, so that a postcard can be generated showing each prospect what nearby customers have to say about our service.

The challenge is, some testimonials are short and some are lengthy. If I have, for example, three inches of depth in which to display testimonials, for some prospects this might be six short testimonials and for others only a single long one.

What would be an efficient way to limit the number of testimonials that display on each page to the available space?

Greg,

In order to setup something like this, it may be better if we could see your form and your data. PressTalk may be needed. Therefore, I suggest that you open a new support issue. Go to our main web page, then Services->Support->Report an Issue. Then upload your form, provide your contact info, and one of our technicians will get back to you.

Regards,
Rapha
