1) Is there any way to view the last record of a database in the data pane?

2)There are times when I am setting attributes to a Page when I misspelled a media color(whitr instead of white for example)and when I send the document to the Printer it comes up mismatched because there is no tray created with that color (whitr).
I then have to search each page one by one until I found the Page with the misspelled color.
That could take a while if there are a lot of Pages in the document and it is one of the last Pages.
Is there any of search function I can use to quickly find the misspelled media color?

Hi JimF,

You can see as many records as you want in the data pane, as long as you select multiple records per datapage, when loading the database.

There is no search and replace in PlanetPress Design, but you could print to file, and open the .ps file with a text editor and search for your color, but I gues in almost all cases it is easier to simply open all pages 1 by 1.

Thanks. Regards,

Olivier
