This has to do with a ticket closed by the customer that has actually not been resolved. We at KMBS are attempting to suport him and request two things:

Detail on the steps for the solution

How is the PP5 project sent to the fiery as a master after setting the compilation option the Free Form 2

Thank You

Sointense,

Once you select FreeForm 2 as the caching method, you can check "This document is a master" in the Caching Options. You then choose a Master ID, which will be the master's name, and can be anything you want, with some restrictions, as specified in our reference guide:

Code:
Enter the name for the master document.
This is the name you use when you want to reference this master document.
The name can contain a maximum of 64 characters.
It cannot start with either formC or formU, and cannot contain
any of the following characters: char(0) through char(32),
vertical bar (|), forward slash (/),
backward slash (\), asterisk (*), question mark (?),
double-quote (

Thank You, we have tried this here in our lab, but the master that is sent causes the Fiery to lock up on occasion. When we do not get the lock up the job wil come to the hold queue and when asked to print it will drop to the print queue, no master is created and the file that was sent to the print queue will not process when process and hold is selected, so we are a little troubled by our results.

Thanks
