I am switching to a new computer. I opened up PlanetPress on that computer and clicked on
Help->Printer Activations to add my activated printers. When I click on printer activations, I get an EInOutError file access denied. Any idea as to what could be causing this?

Thank you!

aoneil,

The user you are using may not have the necessary permissions to access the file "register.dat" that contains printer activations. The file is located under C:\Program Files\Common Files\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 5\Bin. Make sure the user you are using have permissions to read and write to the Common Files directory and it's sub directories.

In general, our suite is designed to be used with an account that has full admin rights, so it's better to use one.

Regards,
Rapha
