Stuart Douglas Member Registered: 08/24/05 Posts: 32	Well, you need to make a test data file which has every different variation in it, so that you can view on screen the "template" to edit. I have something similar with a series of PP documents that have over 300 different letters (different letterheads, layouts, letter text, variable data).
