I have multiple templates, but don't know how to view each one separately to edit them.

Hello,

What do you mean by multiple templates? You mean PlanetPress Design documents?

Eric.

There is one Variable Template, but we have multiple publications using it with their own specific information and I don't remember how to view each one.

If you have more that 1 PlantPress document, you must open each one if you wicdh to make a change.

Well, you need to make a test data file which has every different variation in it, so that you can view on screen the "template" to edit.

I have something similar with a series of PP documents that have over 300 different letters (different letterheads, layouts, letter text, variable data).
