Hello. My PlanetPress document will print to my Xerox Phaser, but not to my HP LaserJet 4515. No matter what I try, from changing the PPDs to changing the print drivers, will correct this. I have a similar form (the one from which I copied and created this new form) and it will print fine to the HP. Not sure what other things to try. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks!
Aimee

Hi,

Can you print a document with just a box or some test? If yes then the issue is specific to the document. If not means that there is something blocking it to print to that printer. I'm thinking that it is trying to send a Postscript level that is not supported on the printer.
Try this...

Go to .. Format | Document | Compilation options | then under Postscript level, select 2.

Also try to print the status page under Tools| Document Management, does that work??
Is the printer is Postscript mode?
You can always try to "Force" the printer into postscricpt mode. the option is found when you try to print.

Let me know if any of my suggestions work.

If you still have problems, please open a support call and someone will assist you.

Thanks
Cosimo
