We are attempting to save a PDF file created in image to a file on a mapped drive on an AS/400.

When the watch process is run an error is recieved
I1004 destination folder could not be reached or created.
I1005 Error while processing input directory.

We have another windows server that uses a mapped drive and the file is saved okay.

We have changed the setting in the image configuration to use the UNC path and this does not resolve the problem..

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi

Error I1004
Cause: The user may not have proper access or user rights to create the specified destination folder.
Resolution: Make sure the user has the proper user rights to create the destination folder, or that it
has access to it.

Note make sure that the same user and rights are created on the AS400 and on the Watch machine(they need to match)

Thanks
Cosimo

Thanks..

I tried mapping the drive again and selected the save password option and it now works.
