Restarting PlanetPress Watch and Image

Is there a way to restart either or both of these services from the command line?

You can stop and start it using the standard net start and net stop commands. Not sure if there is a "restart" but you could just stop and start it back to back.
net start "PlanetPress Watch"
net stop "PlanetPress Watch"
etc.
