Hello,

I am having an issue with a condition that I have. The condition is working correctly on the form and when the condition is TRUE I get the result I want but when it gets sent to Watch/Image to be printed and archived the text that should be there is not. I have checked and rechecked the condition and i can't find anything wrong. What is happening and how do I fix this?

I am using the following version - 5.3.0.2162

As far as I can remember this was working up until I did my last update.

Thank you for any and all help that can be provided.

I think that I may have found the reason behind this problem. I am currently looking into it further to see for sure. This happens to be the only document in the file. When I added more documents to the data file the condition worked. Granted that this may have fixed the current issue now I have a bigger one in that why does the condition not work with the first page.

As for your suggestion I have taken a data capture and checked to see if the data lines up and as far as I can tell it does.

Should I just send you my config and pp5 doc or do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Hello,

"This happens to be the only document in the file. When I added more documents to the data file the condition worked"

"Only document in the file"? Do you mean one data page?

Consequently when you said "more documents" you mean multiple pages of data.

-When designing a document you have to go with a data file that covers pretty much all the possible scenario.

As an example:
- When you capture your data, depending where it is coming from, you may end up with some control characters at the beginning of your data file and one of them could be CR LF so you end up with an extra line just for the first page.

Maybe you have to remove a line or some characters within your emulation (format->data) you have the possibility to remove characters and/or lines.

Hi,

I have tried that and still get the same result. I am going to open up an issue and have your support people take a look at my files. I must be missing something but I just can't see what it is. Thanks.
