Do you have any other message previous to this one within the log file?

Does the profile running PWatch service has all the rights?

Could you elaborate your process please.

One other question. If you take the data and bring it to PPress, are you capable to preview (F9)?

NO, I am not able to preview from Planet Press. It gives me an unable to create PDF error. I am also having problems printing some files.

The strange thing is that I can create PDF's using PP5 files I created weeks ago, but any new ones I create or try to use, gives me the error message. Could it be something I've recently done or changed? I've been trying to figure out what could cause this to happen, but I am stumped!

Hello,

It looks like it is related to the data.

Initially when you designed your document, did you capture the data the same way you are doing it within PPressWatch?

If the data wasn't captured the same way, you may now have a different format such as having extra lines or characters at the beginning of the data file, etc.

I guess, you should have a closer look at the data file and see the difference between what you designed your document with versus what you have now.

You may also consider opening an issue with us and provide your document, your old data file and the new data file.

Have yourself a wonderful Holiday!
