I upgraded two of our computers to Planet Press 5. They both got upgraded successfully but the printers did not get activated on one of them. I tried to activate the printers manually (ran all *.pac) but it did not make a difference. I can open version 5 forms but I cannot print them at all. Any suggestions?

Hello,

Please verify if the Printer Activation information appears in the Printer Activation window under the Help menu.

If the printers activation information does not appear, please enter the information manually.
If you don't have all the information on hand, you may contact our Activation Department at activations@ca.objectiflune.com or by telephone at (514) 798-8715 to get it.

When the Printer Activation codes are either missing or invalid, the documents do print, however with a watermark.

You stated that the forms do not print at all, therefore, this is most likely not an activation issue.

Can you please give us more details on you installation...
Was the upgrade done on the same workstation? or did you install/activate on a new workstation?
Are you using PlanetPress Watch?
