Please verify if the Printer Activation information appears in the Printer Activation window under the Help menu.
If the printers activation information does not appear, please enter the information manually.
If you don't have all the information on hand, you may contact our Activation Department at activations@ca.objectiflune.com or by telephone at (514) 798-8715 to get it.
When the Printer Activation codes are either missing or invalid, the documents do print, however with a watermark.
You stated that the forms do not print at all, therefore, this is most likely not an activation issue.
Can you please give us more details on you installation...
Was the upgrade done on the same workstation? or did you install/activate on a new workstation?
