I install a .ppd on my computer at this location for a report compilation.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 5\PPD\HP_LaserJet_4000_Series.ppd

Since then PlanetPress Suite is crashing when I want to open it. I think something is reletad to this installation. I tried to move the .ppd elsewhere, doesn't work.

Here the log file for the error, help will be appreciated (sorry some french in the log) :

Hi
Can you try this:
Delete the .ppd file from this folder:
Quote:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 5\PPD\HP_LaserJet_4000_Series.ppd
Add the .ppd in PlanetPress

Hi Maxime,

I've already resolved my problem by desinstalling and reinstalling my default printer driver.
The printer driver have been changed in the network here, and affect PlanetPress. Kind of weird because I could print Word document after the driver changed.
