I have already installed the Watch (5.3.2) on my Windows2003 Server. And I have already activated one of my printers. Everything works fine and no WaterMark displayed on the print-out. Recently, I upgraded the PPWatch to Version 5.3.3 and activated another printer. After finishing this step, I tried to test the new printer whether the print-out is normal. However, the WaterMark displayed on the print-out using the new printer.
I've tried using the old printer to print the document. There is no any WaterMark on the print-out. And I also checked the "Printer Activation"(Help --> Printer Activation) on Watch. I found that there are two printers were added. I've tried deleting the new activation of the new printer and re-add the activation code. The WaterMark still displayed on the print-out.

Thanks you for your kind attention.

Make sure your PlanetPress Document was recompiled after adding the second printer activation. (From PlanetPress, Go to File, Send to PlanetPress Watch)

I have already tried removing all of the documents on PPWatch and importing them to Watch again. However, It has no effect. I can't send the documents using your way. It's because my PlanetPress Design tools and PPWatch are on different subnets. So, I have to save the documents as PTK Files and import them to Watch.
How can I re-compile the documents in another way?

Hi,

Which printer are you printing to?
I would like you to do the following.

From PlanetPress please print out the Status Page 10 times. Then from the printer off and back on and print another set of 10 status pages. Please take a look at the magic number at the bottom of the page and also the Serial number near the top of the page. Make sure that the numbers are always the same.
If there is a change in any of those numbers, please let us know.
At that point, it is best if we handle this issue internally.

Note **
If the Magic number is changing, please verify if you have Ram disk enabled on the printers configuration page. If so please disable it.

Please keep us posted.

Thanks
Cosimo

I've tried using your way. Nothing change about the printer magic number and serial number. However, I have printed the status page using another printer that is without watermark problems. I found that some differences between these two printer.

On the Installed Devices columns of

the printer that has no watermark problems:

%flash% 16,760,832 15654 1 no yes supported yes yes

%ram% 409,600 409,600 100 no yes supported yes no

the printer that has watermark problems:
%ram% 409,600 409,600 100 no yes supported yes no

All the PlanetPress Documents are sent to PlanetPress Watch. Not send to printer directly. So, It may not be effective despite of recompiling the documents.

I've tried printing document through PlanetPress Design tools. WaterMark is still displayed. What's the problem? It seems the printer did not activate. But I have received the mail from Objectiflune and notify me the printer is activated successfully.
