I was trying to print of a status page on a clients machine using the StatusPageX.exe app on your website and i received an error saying "URL is wrong or Internet Access is not available" and then it prints a minimal status page. What should the URL be? I definately have internet access so i guess the URL is wrong.....

It might be a firewall or antivirus issue. Many firewalls need to be told specifically which applications are allowed to "go out" on the Internet using an HTTP Connection. Those permissions are sometimes limited to the registered system browser.

Do you have a firewall, if so, turn it off and try again.

Also, make sure you have the latest version (1.1)

You can also download the status sheet and manually send it to the printer using the LPR command.
