jeff brauer Junior Member Registered: 04/10/03 Posts: 17 Loc: Boise, Idaho	We upgraded from version 3 to version 5. When we try to activate a new printer with version 5, we cannot get rid of the watermark. If I go into Planetpress and create a form with a square box and print to the new printer, their is no watermark. If I print to an old printer that has never been on Planetpress it shows the watermark. Which is the way it should be. When I try to reprint from PP Watch to the new printer it still shows a watermark. What are we doing wrong?

Requesting activation code for iR5070 License Serial Number: US01L-314332-724 Magic Number: 1524-972-103-401 ACTIVATION CODE: F1580-1891-1885-2031 SUCCESS: The printer license is already activated using the same magic number. jeff
