We have Care for Version 5 Watch & Image. Are we entitled to upgrade to Version 6 with no cost? If we upgrade from Watch V5 to Server V6, is there cost associated with that?

Hello,
If you OL Care contract is valid, yes you are entitled to upgrade to version 6. There will be a roll-out period of the upgrades of approximately 90 days. If you wish to receive your upgrade serial numbers before this time, you may submit your request to customercare@ca.objectiflune.com.
In your email, include your customer number, your contract number, company name and complete contact information.

There is a cost associated with upgrading your PlanetPress Watch to PlanetPress Server. Please contact your reseller or your local Objectif Lune sales office for pricing information.
