I raised an issue via the web yesterday. The issue number is 52920. When I first raised it, it said the Status was 'CLOSED'. I figured that was due to your offices not being open at the time and once someone had seen it, it would become active. However, I have just had a look again and it still says 'CLOSED' and I have had no contact from OL today. In the return email when I raised the issue, part of it read, "One of our specialists will get back to you within 4 opening hours. If you have not received an answer after this delay, please contact your local Objectif Lune Office." Unfortunately, I am working a night shift this week so am unable to contact my local (UK) office during opening hours. Is it possible someone could look into this asap please?
