Haller OL Newbie Registered: 01/22/08 Posts: 18 Loc: South Carolina	I have a call # 54964, that I opened and Claude has called me about. I am waiting to hear from him or someone else with this issue. I originally opened this by calling Lou in NJ directly. A) Can someone follow up with this call # as it is still not resolved and B) how do I open future support requests?
