Since upgrading to Printshop mail 6 my dongle is not recognized by my computer; I am using window XP. I am wondering if anyone out there had the same problem and what you did to correct the problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is the dongle recognized in vrs 5?

If yes, then you will need to re-enter the upgrade string in the Help > Activate Upgrade window.
