Hello,

I want to use more than one data record on a page. That means I have two textfields; in the first field there should be record no1 from the excel sheet and in textfield no2 there should be record no2 from the excel.

Because of the pdf layout I can't use the std. repetion from PSM 6.1.

Is it possible?
Thanks in advance,
Alex

Alex,

It is not possible to use two records at once. PSM's repetition feature is the only way to get more than one record on a page.

Rapha

You could use macros to "cache" data from 1 record while not printing that record, but this may require some programming effort.

Probably it is easier to just merge 2 records into 1 for then entire database, so that 1 record contains for instance the fields: Name1, Name2, Address1, Address2
